I highly regret parting with a couple of cameras from this month. The Mamiya 6 and the orange Konica were great, and I loved using them, but I had a lack of funds and space. I just could not bring all my cameras back from Japan. You can tell this was before the film camera ‘boom’ as you could never find these cameras for the price I paid for them back then. Plus, a few of the posts are shorter than usual. I don’t write long posts, but I was surprised by the lack of detail in these ones. I must have been very busy at the time.
This was a great month for autumn colours in Japan. Everyone talks about cherry blossom season, but the colours of autumn are spectacular. How lucky was I to see both?
