I have only used this camera once, but thought it would be perfect to capture the action at a demonstration/protest in London.
A friend commented that I was brave given that the camera is activated by a ring pull…much like a grenade. I hadn’t even thought of that. I was approached by one person asking what it was, but not in a worried way, just curious about the type of camera it was.
I loaded it with Reflx Lab Double X and once finished, developed it with Pyro-510.
Of course, the camera gives you a 360 view, so the negatives are very long. Plus, if you are not careful, you are in the shot…complete with a weird facial expression if you forget to ‘fix’ it and not stick out your tongue.
Here are most of the results.

Very cool — I have one of those gathering dust around here somewhere. You picked an excellent subject for that specific camera!
I have seen some very creative ways to use it. It is an interesting little machine…well, not so little.
I didn’t know about this amazing camera. I looked for more information on YouTube and other resources available on the internet and I agree with you about the different creative forms that can be given to this “little monster”. The photos of the demonstration/protest that you obtained look like they are from a movie! I’ll keep an eye out if I see this camera.
There is so much that can be don’t with it. The scanning can be an issue, but if you do it yourself..no worries.
Superb shots with the Spinner, especially the second where you are in frame and in context – it’s the ultimate selfie with the real event shown and your witness evidence .
Nobody could deny the demonstration or your being there.
I like that one too, for all your reasons and I remembered to stay ready for the return. Considering how it takes the photo, it is surprising the sharpness and levelling.
