Welcome to: Using Junk and Cheap Cameras Month

I know, this blog is all about finding junk cameras and getting them working. But this month, there will be no photo posts, throwbacks, or ‘new’ film cameras. September will be all about using cheap, junk cameras I have been given or bought. These cameras will have been given to me for free or bought for less than £5.

I am going back to my roots. A real month of…will it work?

I have a whole heap of cameras under my bed that I would like to go through. I want to free up some space. I also have lots of expired film that I need to use up.

Some of the cameras coming up are three Contax cameras I got from the West Yorkshire Cameras charity sale, a lomokino, a praktica or two. In fact, I am not sure a month of this will be enough time for all the cameras I have yet to try.

Here’s to a month of… will it or won’t it??

Sounds like a month of juxtapositions, fun and frustration for you.
    But interesting reading for us

Exactly, to be fair I have a few cameras to try that are not junk too, but I don’t want to just get rid of things before trying them.
