I have been thinking about this blog recently and how it has developed. It has basically stayed the same throughout its lifetime. I started it at the tail end of 2015 to keep track of the cameras I purchased while living in Japan. It was like a diary and catalogue for me. Everything has been written by me: my experiences with cameras and photography-related stuff. I am happy to keep that theme.

But, there are over 650 posts, not all camera reviews. I want to go back and review some of the earlier ones. That means checking links, checking grammar, and updating older posts to the newer WordPress format of blocks.

That will take some time, so I think I will make it a throwback Thursday-type project. Every Thursday I will try to review and update a post. I may forget, I may be busy, but that is the aim. I might even start right now… because I can 🙂

NB: Having completed two, I have decided not to change the published dates, it doesn’t sit with my diary idea. Changing the date makes everything out of sequence. So I will post a link to an updated post.

So the first one I reviewed is the very first blog post, the Chinon Genesis.
